Alabama pitmaster Drew Robinson is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute. His passions are deeply rooted in food traditions of the South and the celebration of the barbecue tradition. In 2003, he joined the Jim 'N Nick's family, where he expertly re-imagines Southern cuisine for the company's 29 restaurants.
Homemade smoked sausage with pimento cheese and saltines -- this was incredibly flavorful, and unexpectedly good with the cheese and jalapenos.
